Managing Outlook signatures manually is time-consuming and inconsistent. Adolsign simplifies the process by automatically generating signatures from Active Directory.
Adolsign scans templates in HTML, RTF, or plain text, replaces scan codes with user data from Active Directory, and places the finished signature directly into Microsoft Outlook’s signature folder.
It can:
- Generate multiple signatures based on group membership or AD values
- Set a default Outlook signature automatically
- Create vCard files
- Build ready-to-install signature packages for distribution
